If you see a non Christian breaking any rules report them. Now even if CF decided not to allow atheists,etc like you said it won't stop them from signing up and trolling the board. And yes they will attack your position that is why you either continue to defend your faith and witness to them or stop and let God handle it.

The thing is I am so new here I really don't fully know what the boundaries are to report. It seems like a lot of these non believers say things in just the right way to not get reported, but it is still a jab at our faith.

The site cannot stop them from joining and I never said for them to do so, but there should definitely be a section for just them and a section that they cannot enter. From the couple of days I have been here I have not seen that.

Atheists, don't believe there is a God. So when a believer is attempting to witness to them it is very hard to have them open up and become responsive to what you are trying to tell them. The analogy is saying the have a cold heart towards God.
