If caffeine is the problem, herbal peppermint tea can really wake you up! I can't have coffee either.

My fiance went to the doctor today for her back. She has to make an appointment to make photo's of her back please pray for her that it will not be something serious. Please also keep her brother in prayer he has been struggling with his shoulders going to get photo's too..
