He COuLD have said any of the excuses presented in this thread. However he did not. Nor did he answer the question though asked numerous times.

Did you forget what the topic of the thread is?

Jordan didn’t get confrontative until Fauci started avoiding the question repeatedly.

Common sense asks why not just answer the question. Even if the answer is I don’t know, or it has yet to be determined.

And I don’t know the answer anymore than you or any other poster here. The ONLY person who could possibly know the answer is Fauci, and he is not saying.

When you give an explanation from a position of not being there. not knowing the person, not having a real basis - I call that making an excuse. It certainly is not from an informed position.

I'm sorry you don't like my reply - asking an obvious common sense question is not blaming others.

My opinion and question is just as valid as your opinion and excuse. I defend your right to state it, even if I think it is not a correct assumption.

Valid question, you say?

Worse than that. A cancer patient may not be able to do anything about his condition. We are able to fight the virus. There are still those that do not social distance properly and resist wearing masks. And of course the number one factor is how many people get vaccinated. How is Fauci to know when a sufficient number of people are vaccinated or not.

I think some people ignore the facts because they do not like the uncomfortable answers that arise from them.

Indeed, of all the quick and easy answers (the only kind Jordan and his ilk will accept) Dr. Fauci could give, none of them will mean anything because they all rely on Americans doing what needs to be done. A few idiotic decisions will kill it, and folks like Jordan will happily blame Dr. Fauci.

...and as we all know, of all the crises America has or could ever face, it will never suffer from an idiot shortage.

You keep asking "When" and the answer is "It depends on quite a few factors". The vaccination rate is one of them. If this was your answer that was an invalid dodge that tells us that you know that you are wrong. You don't want to understand you are only looking for excuses for your beliefs.

That's a question for the politicans, not the doctors.

Which is why I asked our opponent if he was for enforced vaccinations. That would be a political action, not a medical one. Doctors cannot enforce vaccinations. They can only try to inform.

Oddly enough on other forums it is not just the right that still has antivaxerrs. smh. You would think that people could learn
