"The chairman has promised that we'd get to see the transcript," Jordan said during Friday’s televised impeachment hearing, "but there are still four people that we have not been able to see their transcripts.

“Therefore, the testimony they provided, we’re not able to use in these open hearings,” Jordan added. “If it’s an open hearing, all the available testimony of depositions that has been taken by the committee should be available to be discussed, for the American people to see.”

That doesn’t make a lot of sense. The whole point of the closed hearings was to determine whether testimony has any relevance to the inquiry and also to filter out any classified information.

what is he hiding? What is so devastating to his narrative that it cannot be released. None of it is classified.

Perhaps they just didn't have it ready or able to do it yet.

And in one instance, former National Security Council official Tim Morrison testified in detail how he agreed that Gordon Sondland, Trump's ambassador to the European Union, was a "problem" as he operated in what previous witness testimony described as irregular foreign policy channels.
Morrison was asked about a conversation with his predecessor and former White House Russia expert Fiona Hill, where they discussed Sondland.
"She described Ambassador Sondland as a problem," Morrison said. "We both discussed that Ukraine was not in the EU, which led to the follow-on question of, why is he involved in Ukraine? And, as I mentioned, she mentioned Bunisma, which I nearly did not know what that was.".....

Sondland was acting at Trump's instruction in his dealings with Ukraine, according to Morrison.
Morrison, according to the deposition, testified that Sondland -- whose role has garnered scrutiny in the impeachment probe -- "believed and at least related to me that the President was giving him instruction."

Not sure if his testimony will help Trump.

Williams told House investigators "the mention of those specific investigations" during the July 25 Trump-Zelensky call "seemed unusual as compared to other discussions with foreign leaders."
"I believed those references to be more political in nature and so that struck me as unusual," she said, later adding that she found the requests to be more specific to Trump's "personal political agenda."
Prior to the July 25 call, Williams said she had not heard discussion in the Office of the Vice President or the White House of Crowdstrike or the DNC server, Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election, or investigating former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter. There is no evidence of wrongdoing by either Biden in Ukraine.

So that is two of the four......neither will help Trump apparently.

Closed hearings are closed to protect the innocent as well as ferret out the guilty, like Trump.

If there was testimony for Trump, the GOP would make sure it was leaked.

Mr Schiff has purposely restricted any information that supports the Presidents position.

By releasing only information that supports his narrative, he is swaying political opinions.

In all reality the ONLY way to properly try Donald J. Trump is to go back and describe the path of every subatomic particle in the universe since the beginning of time. We have to see ALL the information. ALL OF IT. In fact ALL INFORMATION (except DJT's taxes of course, but that's only because they are under audit).

Anything less than this is a travesty of justice. A violent beat-down of all that America stands for.

So is Trump by denying his people the chance to testify under subpoena. Oh, and also by releasing transcripts showing him committing a crime...but that's on Trump.

I doubt Phillip Reeker will help the president's position since he wanted the State Dept to publish clear support for Amb. Yovanovitch.
As to David Hale:

Hale intends to tell Congress that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was reluctant to defend his then-Ukraine ambassador Marie Yovanovitch because it would hurt efforts to get Ukraine military aid, according to the Associated Press. The AP also reported that Hale will testify that there was worry about the reaction of President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, whose efforts in the country have been described by other witnesses as a shadow foreign policy outside of State Department channels.
