I like the cheap ones made out of turkey beaks, chicken claws & pork fritters & intestines, those are prolly not Kosher. (&I've seen non kosher dill pickles before, guess what they're called?)

You should of been born a Cajun with those tastes. One of my favourite foods is hoghead Cheese.

now why on earth would sushi need to be kosher? How do they make it that way? I thought that meant the food wasn't produced in a facility that butchers hogs or got prayed for by a Rabbi or something, i dunno, but they sho' do know how ta make pickles!!
