There is a man that loves the whole world,
the gift that He gives no man can unfurl.
He came down from Heaven to Earth down below,
to show us His Father, so Him we may know.
The truth that radiates out of His spirit,
to everyone who will listen, He gives for them to hear it.
In His life and death He has been truly sanctified,
for you couldn't live a sinnless life no matter how hard you tried.
He made no action for which there was able to be blame,
yet they beat and crucified our Lord and savior just the same.
But let your spirit be joyful and let your heart be glad,
for the reason that He died, He wouldn't want you to be sad.
You are God's now child instead of a slave,
and from you He asks to love like Him, and try harder to behave.
For spokesman of God we have now become,
to live in the example of God's holy son.
