CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

when jesus was born 8 days later he was circumcised. and Mary his mother continued 33 days ritually unclean. then the priest would perfoprm the ritual to take away her impurity?

Jesus was born to show who was hidden in the law of moses. and to show what we really are, namely, a son of God. and to show us how blind humans sometimes can be and just how much we did not know God. even though we have plenty of scriptures, through those things, we saw not God. for it is the Sprint of God who manifest who God is.

if the first covenant by Moses was perfect, there would be no need to amend it? so came the son conceived in a virgin womb. Moses said, if a man entice a virgin and lies with her, he must surely marry her unless her father refuse. but jesus did not speak of this regulation, so it is still in force. instead he spoke of the Sabbath day saying, who among you will not rescue his cattle from the danger on the sabbath day? but you must still rest to be refreshed on that day and keep it holy from sin?
