Jesus in the old testament

can someone gives me verses in the old testament that has a prophecy and talks about Jesus thanks. I know their is a whole chapter in Isiah anywere else

Go to New Advent and search for the articles on the prophecies in the OT concerning Christ. They are a great resource.

The common term for this is 'prefigurement'.

Hey wigg,

I know there are many many references in the OT but I only really know about two. One was the chapter in Isaiah but one of the most amazing ones is Daniel Chapter 3. The Image of Gold and the Fiery Furnace. Where Nebuchadnezzar swears he see's a child of "The God's" protecting three faithfull Christians from execution.
