I bought his cd too. He is really awesome. He made me realize that if we have faith we will propser in all that we do. I am excited about what works that music ministry is doing in youth's lives. These people don't fully understand the importance of the lyrics and music they play and sing everyday. I am pleased to know that someone else enjoys him as much as I do. Your friend in Christ, Hickster2004

Guess what? He will be singing in concert At Six Flags Over Georgia in a couple of months I can't wait to go.

I just saw him with the Newsboys tonight. Very powerful concert full of worship and obviously dedicated to the Lord. The entire event was bathed in prayer, filled with testimonies and invitations to receive Christ. The music was very worship centered as well, probably due to the fact thet they both just put out worship albums! An excellent concert that I would definitely recommend.

Hey, robl, did Rebeca St. James perform at that concert too? I'm going to the Newsboys concert here sometime in late March...anways, I don't have Jeremy Camp's CD (yet) but I have heard one of his songs, "Right Here." I really like it...
No, they are alternating concerts with her and Jeremy Camp. I only hope that she is playing a mostly worship set, too. Jeremy Camps worship album is what they are touring to support right now so it goes real well with the Newsboys new album, Adoration. I'm not sure what Rebaccas latest album is though. I hope its a worship heavy album at least. Enjoy the concert!

Rob

RSJ's got a live worship album out called "Live Worship: Blessed be your Name". It should be out in the US, but I'll certainly have a listen when it gets to Oz.

Anyway, back to the topic. Jeremy is certainly very gifted with that husky sort of voice that's popular nowadays (Mac Powell meets Eddie Vedder meets Scott Stapp). Brilliant album too with some great lyrics.

Good point....Jeremy Camp has an awesome testimony and he's an awesome person....i've been a christian for about a year now....and back when I first started going to church this guy named Jeremy Camp came and they introduced him and said he used to do worship here...and I was like ok....and he played and it was great. Then a couple weeks later, i started listening to christian radio and i heard him on the radio....i was like, "no way"...that guy was just at my church (a relatively small church). It was pretty cool. And apparantley our missions pastor, now that i'm getting involved with missions, used to be his drummer.......and i think still drops in once in awhile.....

...but, anyway....just an interesting little story. good man.
