Name: Jay (actually a nickname, but that's what he goes by...)

Appearance: Completely normal except for his eyes, which are orange
Abilities: There are strange tissues wrapped around the optical nerves of Jay's eyes. This causes his eyes to constantly emit particles in a cone-shaped spread that cause objects to combust, break, crumble, catch on fire, and other similar things. At the lowest intensity, his eyes appear normal (besides the fact that they're orange) and it takes him about 30 seconds of focusing on a piece of paper (within a maximum range of about 6-7 feet) before it will begin to smoke. At the highest intensity, his eyes begin to glow a bright orange and the range increases to approximately 30 feet. Things closest to him will explode and react violently, while things farther away will simply fall apart and react less violently.
Interesting notes: When he wakes up, there is a discharge of the particles that have been stored throughout the night. It has resulted in many a ceiling with holes in them. He can also use this ability when he is awake by closing his eyes and "charging up" his power.
