I have heard much talk about Javier Solana possibly being the Antichrist.... Any comments?

How old is he? Unless the rapture and end times comes very soon,(in the next 30 years) or he performs a "false-miracle" to live longer, I don't he's the antichrist. I picture the antichrist to be a younger person with better looking face. That's just my opinion.

If only it was that easy... I actually am not sure I believe we will be able to assume the identity of the antichrist before the rapture, but its interesting to try anyway .

The flavor of the month a few years back. He was all the rage as the antichrist candidate....but time passes and he's old news now that people have moved on to newer candidates. Funny how that happens.

I think we should just concentrat on our relationhip with Christ not so much with who the anti-christ may be or where he will come from. My wife feel the same. We are aware that there will be an anti-christ and i think that is all we need to be....AWARE.

Why don't we check the Bible? Daniel 8 seems to say that the AC will come from Alexander's Empire. Solana is from Spain. Spain was not part of Alexander's Empire.

I apologize for my tone - though I stand behind the content of my statement. I merely think that attempting to define who the Anti-Christ is - especially since (as noted) it does appear to be a "flavor of the month" thing - is a waste of time.

The statue was a bit more creative than calling the pope the Anti-Christ. Only slightly.
