Explored some of the issues of invoking the Insurrection Act, the tension of using too much force vs. not enough.
Some good background on the original event I wasn't aware of and some gaming thought on military
Overall I'd give it a B, it wasn't exactly riveting

I do feel like there is a high probability of a repeat event in the (possible) event of a Trump loss.

And I'm sure others on both sides (both foreign and domestic) do as well and are preparing for it, some to guard against and some to take advantage of it.

Personally, if I was an enemy of the USA, I'd be salivating at the opportunity to sow additional chaos into something like this if I had the time to prepare for it and knew it was coming. So I feel like things could get very interesting and more intense than the first go around if it repeats.

For example, imagine an enemy triggering a cyberattack to coincide with a Jan 6 event that disrupted communications and/or power at the critical juncture where peaceful transition of power was not happening. They have time to plan for that, if they want. Golden opportunity to watch Americans go for each other's throats in the dark.

Food for thought.
