The son of a wealthy European businessman, James showed signs of genius graduating Magna Cum Laude in Yale, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, and West Point before he turned twelve! He iniciated several hostile takeovers and was on his way to dedicating a new building when a bomb hit his plane. It killed him, but his Father, whether for personal reasons or business one had an artificial body designed and his brain uploaded on to a computor and transferred into the body. As a result James can link up to any computor system, learn any thing in a split of a mill-second and heal ultra-fast. He wishes to otone for his selfish life and has become the hero in Liberty City known as The Phantom
