I've been thru it all!!

Hey I'm Christina and I have been thru every type of abuse there is.Physical abuse,sexual abuse,and emotional abuse.I've been molested as a child of 5,and raped as a teen many times.I was beaten as a child by my step-dad many many times and told I would never be anything and I was no good by my mom.I have survived it all through the grace of God.There were times I thought I'd die and there were times where I wanted to die,but I survived and now I'm a strong woman.Abuse started at age 5 and continued till I was 15.The rapes were well some of them after then.I believe that which does not kill you makes you stronger.I am now very strong and I wanna help others like me.It messed me up mentally and I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at age 13 and hospitalized alot for self mutilation and suicide attemps.I was helped after a long time and with medication but thru it all I am a survivor.I am now studying mental health b/c I wanna give back and help others like me.Abuse leads to other abuse eg. abusing drugs and alcohol.I was there at one time.Drugs and alcohol make you feel happy at the time so u keep it up but u know what? Later it only brings more problems so if u r using drugs and alcohol to make u feel numb or if u r even thinking about it know that at some point it will only create more problems.Really think about that.You can survive anything the right way if u choose 2.I hope this piece I have written can help someone cuz if I only help 1 person it was worth writting it.

wow... I know how that is.. I have been through it all as well! and honestly, I just started remembering the sexual aspect of it, so this i new and very hurtful.
