I've been completely disillusioned.

Martin Luther was defintely justified in some of his attacks towards the Catholic Church. He was there during a time of extreme corruption.

The Protestant Reformation caused a great division in the Christian faith and many deaths, but it also humbled the Catholic Church and cleaned up a lot of mishaps.

So does that mean it was a good thing? Only God knows.
