All I know is that if I or another 'normal' employee of the US government did anything like what Hilary did we'd be facing serious charges. But because she's a big wig and has connections she avoids that. The corruption is unreal and despicable.

They let him retire, but he will never get that clearance back and his job opportunities limited.

That is what happened to an officer with a stellar record, over 25 years in the Army who indeed made a mistake which investigators said did not compromise the NOFORN information. CID even opened an espionage investigation (he was cleared of that) as STANDARD procedure given the nature of the information involved and who was at the receiving end.
None of the above even a recommendation for Clinton, Hillary. At the MINIMUM she should have her security clearance revoked and not reissued. She has demonstrated she cannot safeguard classified information and should never be in a position handling highly sensitive information ever again.

The evidence typically is presented before a grand jury. And they determine if a preponderance of the evidence warrants a bill for an indictment of charges based on evidence.
Evidence isn't lacking in this case.

You didn't watch the conference. There was no disputing that what she did violated the law. There was no question that if anyone else did it they would be prosecuted. Comey said they couldn't prove intent. If you can't prove that someone who deleted 20,000 emails under subpoena intended to obstruct justice, then you probably need someone to tie your shoes for you.

Nixon was impeached from the office of President for erasing however many hours of audio tape during a Watergate scandal investigation. Hillary erased thousands of emails acquired when serving as Secretary of State . And she's going to be promoted by voters to the office of President.

Exactly. It violates the Equal protection clause and establishes one set of rules for the government and one for the governed.

And should be used by the 'lesser folks' if they are charged for what Hillary was not charged for.

Yes, Bill was not removed from office thus clearing him of the charges. If the government waited for him to leave office he may have faced more stringent standards out of office.

No, the Clintons are the 'best' at what they do. Take that for what it's worth and that makes them sleep well at night.

No, he was impeached, which means he was charged with a crime by the House. The Senate violated its constitutional obligation to have a free and open trial. They voted "not guilty" of the charges to which he later admitted to avoid criminal prosecution. Far from being absolved, Clinton's admission of lying under oath demonstrated that there was not a single Democrat in the US Senate who put the rule of law over partisan politics.

Make sure you read what you just posted. It seems to go against your other posts which seem to indicate that the Clintons or Democrats are specifically corrupt, and your beloved Republican establishment figures are cut from a different cloth.

The establishment protects the establishment above all else. Those at the top of both the Democrat and Republican parties are exempt from consequences of their corruption for all but the most egregious and poorly covered up misdeeds.
