It's still good, even if we are fasting/abstaining.
I thought we might could share some meal ideas here for those (like me) who are getting into a fish rut. I'm not talking about going crazy and exotic, just simple recipes or ideas that you and your family use that others might not.
Cold spaghetti noodles
Chunks of veggies (I like zucchini, broccoli, onion, and mushroom)
Shrimp, crab, or tofu (1in cubes)
oil
Teriyaki sauce (or whatever you like or have, plain soy is fine or worstershire)
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet, enough to coat the bottom and sides
Put in veggies and shrimp or whatever and saute until nearly tender
Put in noodles (remember they should be cold/I usually butter mine too before I chill them...keeps them from sticking together)
Pour sauce over top and stirfry until noodles are hot
And on non-abstinence days you can use beef, pork, or chicken in this, too.

I tried the BK veggie and couldn't eat all of it.
