PERSONALITY: Isolde is very sassy and attitudinal...more of a rough emotional exterior from everything that she's gone through. When she happens to show it, which isn't very often, she can be very compassionate and sweet.
ABILITIES: Since she was forced to make a living on the streets of Ireland, she has taken up knife fighting, is an excellent liar, and has picked up some street fighting from her fellow pickpockets. Also a fast runner.
HISTORY: She was born in a small town/village on the outskirts of Dublin, and lived with her mother, father, and two older siblings who were both boys. Her father's trade was a blacksmith.
When she turned ten, (her brothers were now ages fourteen and seventeen, about to be apprenticed in the city), her mother developed a mild strain of typhus, and passed it on to the boys. With three members of the family already at death's door and knowing that he was next, Isolde's father brokenheartedly gave her some money and told her to go to Dublin to find work. She realized what was going on and tearfully followed her father's instruction.
Once in Dublin, she was accosted by one of the children's street gangs and was taken under their protection. The gang stayed togther for the next six years before it broke up, some of the members now marrying or finding actualy work instead of begging and/or picking pockets.
Isolde roamed the streets, meeting up with older, more street savvy thieves, and picking up valuable street smarts.
