I suppose a guitar handle could be fashioned to look like or represent something evil .... outside of that ... guitars themselves aren't evil .... like most "objects" within themselves there isn't evil .... it's what one may do with the object(s) that could be evil ... or what the object might represent (ie idols) or something of that nature.

One cannot unwittingly, unintentionally call something evil, good. It has to be a deliberate act. That something ordinary, mundane which was not deliberately made to reflect or resemble something evil is not itself evil does if it happens to resemble something evil.

Christians don't take their instruction from the Israelite religion which is done away until the end of time, when they as a people are restored in Revelation. The ref. in Isaiah is about pre-occupation with entertainment and forgetting God. Entertaining self was their priority as Isaiah shows, and they were disregarding all that God showed for Israel. There are six woes shown there in chapter five (note verses 11-14 especially.
Christians are part of the new order in the New Testament which is about Israel's Messiah who they rejected and crucified. As a nation they are barely preserved for the future as shown in Revelation, but now are scattered as a rebellious people who crucified their Messiah. They have and will suffer much for years. Real "born again" Christians take all instruction in the New Testament. We only read the OT to understand the ways of God from the beginning. Where are you reading? I suggest you begin with the four Gospels and then Acts and the Epistles.
