Doesn't sound like it. Name it and claim it is more about prosperity, health, wealth and happiness. It is a part of the Prosperity Gospel and Word of Faith teaching.

I pray often for God to send messengers (Pastors, Prophets) to deliver the message of salvation to some members of my family who are not saved. I do not pray for a certain person to do so because God can even use a donkey to speak to them.

Nope, name it and claim it is exactly how it sounds. You name something like money and then claim that it's yours in the name Jesus as a promised blessing.

Now if you said that you can pray for someone to be saved that they will be because whatever you ask in prayer will happen, then that's pretty much the same heresy. A while ago there was a wacky false teacher named Todd White who came out that in an interview.

Regardless of how God will save them, praying for those around them has the benefit of helping others to come to Christ and also be a light to the family member you have.

Even if God wants to use a different method, praying for a person's friends is still a godly prayer itself.
