I'm nearly 10 years older than you but since nobody has answered, there are loads of folk your age on CF.

If you are single, try the Singles Forum as there are loads in there. Otherwise, have a look through the threads in this forum, many folk have their age beside every post.

ditto, alot of the people are on the 'teens' forum.
Alot of them also left to form their own forum because of an issue a year or two ago.

There used to be tons of kids our age on here. By tons I mean tons. Haha. But, yeah, there was a massive deal in the teens area when I happened to be on hiatus and most of them left... But there's still plenty.
As to being able to relate to you, I don't know if I can. I can't really relate to anybody on earth, to be honest.
