• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

    If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

    If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. I can't really do this. I hate being honest about this it just ears me up inside.


As for as what I believe I don't believe in a trinity. I believe in all three separately. And I've been baptized as a Mormon.

As a Mormon it's ok because they were from rape when I was a minor. I just can't really justify it because it was still a life just like any other. And I think it was wrong they were punished for the sins of their fathers.

Your situation isnt to bad for God. Do you believe Jesus died on the cross for all of our sins. You need to realize God loves you very much. If you want Jesus to save you He will. Let God know you accept Jesus as savior. Say something like this.DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER IM A SINNER I KNOW MY SINS SEPERATE ME FROM YOU. I BELIEVE JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS FOR ALL SIN. GOD I ACCEPT JESUS AS MY LORD AND SAVIOR. I CONFESS MY SINS TO YOU. JESUS COME INTO MY LIFE AND CLEANSE ME FROM ALL MY SINS. IN JESUS NAME I PRAY. If you mean it then you will be saved. Im praying for you.

Hon, there is always hope. Have you considered contacting a local crisis pregnancy center that offers post abortion support counseling? Or a professional counselor even?

As an adolescent I'm guessing you didn't have a lot of choice in the decisions that were made. While you'll never forget the life that grew inside of you, you can find hope and even peace with healing.

Mythoughtsalone, if you have accepted Jesus as savior then all of your sins are forgiven. Even if you made bad decisions. What is done is done. Jesus died on the cross for all sin. This is what I suggest. Go somewhere quiet and talk to God. Tell Him you are feeling guilty for what you have done. Confess to God what you have done. He already knows all. Confessing your sin is an act of faith. God makes us a promise in the bible here it is. IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS GOD IS FAITHFUL TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS. whenyou accept Jesus as Lord and Savior then all yoursins are cast as far as the east is to the west. Jesus took all sins to the cross. In the bible there are examples of the sins that are forgiven like murder,adultery,forenication, drunkness, lies, ect. I committed aldutery for 7 years and i walked around for a while feeling fear,guilt,shame,ect. Once i started to learn about forgiveness, grace,and mercy i started to realize i was forgiven. Im praying for you to recieve wisdom.
