Is the universe deterministic?

I guess the question of deterministic or indeterministic depends on how we are able to measure, understand and accommodate the complexity of the universe. Just because we find it hard to predict and see the patterns in something does not mean that it has no order. I think this is more of a philosophical question.

Yes, that's why I started this topic. I am searching for a philosophical answer, not a scientific one.
