I like the NASB, it's easy to read and it's a solid bible in my opinion

but it's definately good to have multiple translations, often different words can evoke different emotions and thoughts, so the way they are translated can make you think about things in a different way

I prefer to read online at blueletterbible. That way when I come across a verse that I want to understand better I can click the verse and read every translation, as well as study the verse in the original language with the online lexicon.

I prefer NIV (since most of my verse memorization was with this translation) and sometimes NASB as well.

I would say yes. I was wondering about this as well and I looked up a chart that shows it is the most accurate word for word. Of course I don't know if their is any bias or anything but I have been reading the NASB and it is pretty good in my mind.

Here is the site.

The KJV is difficult to understand and it is more important to understand what the message of the bible is. The message is hard to understand if the words aren't clear.

The NASB is a revision of the ASV (American Standard Version, the American counterpart to the Revised Version in England), which is a revision of the KJV. So the NASB is like the grandchild of the KJV, so to speak. I think that it is a perfectly fine version. It never gained wide popularity like some other versions did, but I have no real problems with it, and I think it's generally pretty good.

I agree. I'm using it right now and it's clear and easy to understand.

I have heard that the NASB is the most accurate translation. (Since I don't know Hebrew and Greek I am relying on what others have said.) But I personally find it difficult to read in places. If you have a problem like this perhaps the best thing to do would be to use the NASB for studying and have another translation for regular reading. Perhaps the ESV would be a good choice. I think it is easier to read than the NASB and it ranks almost as high in accuracy.

i want to know because i have a KJV but on some verses is hard to comprehend

YES. Its is
Its also good you have KJV. I want to get KJV too, though I currently use NIV. If you are not sure about whats in KJV, you can always go to the NASB
Most importantly always pray for the Spirit of God to help. With Him, you cant go wrong regardless of what sort of version of the Bible you re reading

If you compare it to the greek I think you will find that more rigidly connected. Other translations are good, but I prefer this one because it appears to be closer to the original text at this point.
