  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

70% of me believes he is guilty. However, guilty in the sense that he did something wrong, but doesn't know what he did was wrong. He's wrong in the head, he wants to be, and probably believes he is, a child. What others may see as molestation, he may see as innocent fun, like a sleep over.

The other 30% of me believes that the parents of the supposed molested child are trying to hold Mike up by his ankles and shake him and watch all the money fall out. It's happened before, and if people still speculate, then there's gonna be some family that allows their child to go to Neverland Ranch and then tell their kid when s/he gets home to tell everyone that Mike molested him/her.

If he's guilty, I seriously don't think he knows that what he did was wrong. I believe that's the definition of insanity. There can be no doubt that the guy needs serious mental help. Prison time will kill him. Pray he gets an extended stay in a mental hospital where people will be able to treat him.

I was watching Nancy Grace last night on CNN and I guess the judge is allowing 5 of 7 other alleged testimonies of other victims. From what I understand the testimony of the 1993 victim is being allowed in to court. They read from the sworn transcripts from the 93' case last night and it was extremely graffic and was very convincing. The details when into exactly what the boy claimed Jackson did to him and how Jackson cried when the boy tried to resist him. Remember this is the case where Jackson paid the kid $20 million. There are also witnesses coming in that claim to have saw him molesting other children. They said this is very damaging to this case because it shows repeated history of molestation. Even if you question the credibility of the current family, if the prosecution shows he has a history of this kind of behavior, the jury may be swayed by the overwhelming evidence of his past. Remember there are 7 other alleged victims, only 5 are being permitted in. The breakdown I think is, the one 1993 victim, two other victims mothers are testifying, and two other eye-witnesses. One of the eyewitnesses supposidly witness the molestation of a child actor who denies it ever occured, but the witness claims to have seen it firsthand and can offer up proof. The defense was doing a good job discrediting the family, but they are going to have a very hard time disputing 5 other alleged victims. That is really going to affect the jury.

I agree, if the man is guilty he is certainly insane and needs treatment and to be kept away from all litte boys. His behavior over the years in regards to his obsession with children has definately crossed the line into an unhealthy fixation. He certainly tried hard to maintain the appearance of guilt. Even after the other cases when he settled out of court he continued to surround himself with little boys just asking to be accused of something.

Blessed Be,

Chris
