At one time in his life Peterson claimed he was atheist, and at other times has said that what he means by God and by Jesus is not the same as what a typical Christian means by those same terms.

One reviewer has noted that Peterson starts off as a materialist, and others have referred to him as a "hopeful agnostic". The question I have is this "does Jordan Peterson know what Christians mean by God and by Gospel?
Col 1 says Jesus is the creator of all - so also does John 1 make that case and so also does Gen 1-2 tell us that God created creation... creation did not create God nor did man himself just invent god as a sort of psychosis on the part of humans.
God is the ultimate reality that then generates creation and man. God is fully interacting with man, but would not cease to exist if there were suddenly no humans.
God is the one educating and teaching in Job 1 and 2 when that heavenly council meets.
God is the ultimate reality and yet is infinite, from eternity past and will always be.
One God Deut 6:4 in three persons Matt 28:19
John 3:16 it is God that initiates the saving of mankind - we did not come up with the Gospel. God did and then He taught us about it.
Instead of God emanating from man's imagination -- reality emanates from God who is before all, behind all , above all.
