If I believe that intolerance is immoral, does that alone make it evil?
If I believe that intolerance is moral, does that make it good?

Everyone has their own morals, even evil people.

Real life example: (hopefully this thread doesn't derail to abortion)
I am morally opposed to abortion. I consider it murder which is immoral in my eyes.
But...
I am legally for abortion. If it were to be made illegal, would that stop a desperate woman with a coat hanger from endangering her own life from fear of the law? Though it would be moral to make it illegal, it could take 2 lives instead of 1. Would that not be evil yet moral?
You seem to be assuming that morals are subjective. I believe that they are objective, and I base my equation of evil with immorality because of this, so assuming that morals are subjective to disprove my points is an instance of begging the question.
