Is it time for Donald to bow out? (MOVED)

I think Trump should:

  • Step down from the candidacy

  • Continue to run

  • Not sure at this point

I think since some have already voted through early voting, it wouldn't be right to change the candidates. How would a vote already cast for Trump be then counted?

So what is the latest news with Trump? If you don't mind me asking. Otherwise I can search for it myself.

Thanks

Just search Trump and Woman... And then select news... Too morbid to post the details here!

I REFUSE to NOT vote. The ONLY way I would not vote is if for some reason I was deemed unfit to do so mentally.
Was not advocating not voting. Just the difficulties facing Christians in this election.

Maybe we as Christians should run our own independent campaign instead of wishing for scraps from the toadies of both parties.

It's not about casting stones; it's about picking the next President of the United States. If his response to this had been along the lines of "I used to be a boorish mysoginistic jerk, but I repent of my sinful view towards women, and I ask for the forgiveness of the American people for my exceedingly crass remarks", I'd entertain the position you propose, and I might even consider voting for him. But, his actual response was more akin to "I was wrong, and I apologize if I offended anyone, but Bill Clinton is worse!" It's not what he said 11 years ago that's most troubling. It's what he said yesterday: minimizing his appalling behavior, grandstanding, and acting like a victim when he was clearly in the wrong.

There is a 0% chance that Billy Bush will be the next President, so I am not as concerned with his behavior. But, I agree, in a decently moral society, he would not be on TV. But, we don't live in a decently moral society. If we did, we would not be facing the inevitability of either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump, who both are morally unqualified for the presidency, being the next President.

ETA: I don't know the truth about where Donald stands with Jesus. I do know that both major party candidates claim to be believers. I know that Jesus said we would know them by their fruit. And, I know that bith candidates seem to be producing rotton fruit.

JFK undoubtedly spewed similar nonsense
Nah. JFK was an adulterous, fornicating fellow from his youth. But I don't think he joked about being able to randomly grope women, I certainly don't think he would randomly grope women.

One of the downsides to early voting; something bad is discovered of a candidate and they get indicted or step down, maybe become so ill they can't serve.....then those early votes get wasted.......

I will continue to vote Trump due to a deep desire to keep Clinton out of office. She has already compromised her integrity on many levels...sponsored the highest level corruption and I deeply disagree with all her goals and the general direction she wishes to turn the country.
Trump, I liken unto a trumpet of God...God uses all sorts to carry out His work...all kinds of roles exist. Yes, a trumpet in that he sounds out that our country's leaders have taken leave of their senses...they know better than common sense and the common man is left out of the equation altogether. It's as though he sounds out one last trumpet blast...get back on track with justice and truth or you'll leave it behind in the dust.
Trump's sins are evil, they are personal sins, we are all evil. There remains a question as to his ability to perform in high office. Clinton has served dishonorably according to the FBI and other sources...as I already said on these grounds she has in my eyes disqualified herself for the office.

And yet, he was contrite and it was 11 years ago. And Bill Clinton was bad and remains so if you believe Colin Powell. And Hillary is much worse being what she did in not upholding the law as SoS.

It's basic "gument werk". You're Secretary of State. You read the contract, having been a law professor, that you agreed to uphold all the laws while in that position that you were appointed to by Barack Obama. And low and behold you're identified as unsophisticated and careless in doing your job ?

And she wants another government job entailing more responsibility and with greater power? When in her lesser offices of power she gave people perks if they gave the Clinton foundation money?

So, after the latest revelation is it time for Donald to bow out? Why or why not?

You ARE kidding, aren't you? Leave the country and the Supreme Court to HER?

That is not where it started out; I wanted only Christians to respond......
Well, that's the beauty of this exclusive forum section. That's all that will respond in this thread.

No, you missed that Trump said he is no longer the man today that he was then. BIG difference.

Well thought out response. Especially the part about things not changing much. For me that means the globalist agenda progresses with either candidate. Hillary totally conscious to the agenda and Trump led by the nose. He will find out quickly if elected he can't fire the globalist shadow government of autocrats even though he preaches American sovereignty.

We will be the losers to the globalists and watch our liberties and sovereignty dissolve.

With Hillary the erosion will happen faster. With Trump or Johnson the erosion slower but yet advancing.

That is why I think many Christians have voted Republican over the past 20 years. They know there is one political agenda but it is slower under Republicans than Democrats.

So instead of putting our support towards one party, we Christians should form our own caucus and make the political parties make concessions to us. Why not? We are citizens too and have the same right to vote.

I would have even went with the democrat Joe Biden rather than Trump. But my goodness.... Clinton or Trump... Yikes!
Uncle Joe does have some certain qualities. But alas he has bought into the culture of death as well.

I still like our Republic of states rights. Without it, on paper, we avoid the central government from absolute power.

However we the people have ceded our Republic to the central government by sending a steady stream of autocrats intent on globalism.

A most valid point.
