Is it going to give you nightmares? Honestly I used to love watching those shows but I have a personality that gets anxious easily and satan uses that as a door to cause worry in my life by putting disturbing things in my mind. That being said I don't believe it's a sin. I think if you can handle it, it's fine. For me it opens a door for worry and stress that I will gladly keep shut. Enjoy it!
