Can I read the book of Enoch?

If you find a translation of it in a language with which you are familiar, you should be able to read it.

How many percent of it is reliable God's word?

What should I believe and what shouldn't I believe in this book, do you know?

Before you can find an answer to this question, you must first answer the question of what constitutes God's word.

The entire Septuagint(Translation of the Hebrew scriptures into Greek) is no longer considered by most Western(Catholic and Protestant)churches to be God's word. Instead Western Churches have determined which of the writings(even cutting out sections of certain books) in the Septuagint they deem to be Holy Scripture. This was determined through a sort of democratic(ranking members of the Clergy got to vote) process which was said to be guided by the Holy Spirit. The book of Enoch was not part of the Septuagint, but it was excluded by the same method. This is an oversimplification of canonical history, but you can flesh it out for yourself.

Some Christians believe these counsels to have been guided by the Holy Spirit, while others believe they were guided by politics. Different churches have different canons. Were they all guided by the Holy Spirit or just one or some? If you don't believe they were guided by the Holy Spirit, and then you have to sort through the many obvious fraudulent and Gnostic writings and pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you, even though you don't believe He guided those other people.

It is a rabbit hole that could lead you to confusion and spiritual turmoil. If you read books outside of the cannon that all the churches agree on(I think they agree on everything in the Protestant Bible except Esther, but I could be wrong(there are 30-40k denominations)), you should be careful not to treat it as Scripture, in accordance with the authority of your Protestant church(based on your profile).

I want to make clear that I am not arguing for or against any of these belief systems.

I was listening to a YouTube video on it last night. Apparently it tries to explain the Nephilim & talks about Giants. We know Giants are fake so this throws doubt on the whole book. Unfortunately where it gets tricky is Jude alluding to Enoch. I guess my thoughts on it would be maybe there's some truth to Enoch. There must be something to it, otherwise the line in Genesis wouldn't be there, but the whole book is definitely not reliable truth.

How about other Gospels?
Like Gospels of Thomas, Peter, Mary etc.......... are they heresy ?
Those books teach you to hate your body. This contradicts the canon (both the Old and the New) which teaches your body is special & from God. Yes, it can lead you to sin & yes you will get a better body someday, but what you have now can glorify Christ as it is.

Read it by all means, educate yourself. The OT points to Christ, all of it

If the book of Enoch points to Christ or parts thereof then accept what it teaches. If it doesn't, dismiss it

It's not about the book. It about the message of Christ.

The Apocrypha would have to be mentioned by Jesus himself during his ministry if it really pointed to him like the Old Testament does. Did Jesus talk about Enoch? If not, I will dismiss it.
