The whole argument of imperfection is just silly, and specious. The simole fact is this is theological question. Whether you accept Christianity, or not, Christianity posits there was a Fall of mankind, and a rebellion of a third of the angels of heaven, powerful real creatures, and the whole creation itself was polluted, and this has caused the imperfections you speak of. That, of course, does not prevent divine intervention in the imperfect world.
There are good points to debate. This is not one of them.
