  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

These guys were posed, weren't they?

Well, they repeatedly failed to smile for the camera. It seemed they were just ignoring us every time we talked to them - so yeah, a few had to be physically picked up and set down. It happens. : )

D in that picture grabs my attention.

I suspect it was doctored on purpose.

F as well.

Maybe D only grabs you attention due to the blue color? It looks pretty solid - plus, don't forget that other experts - who are just itching to find anything wrong or amiss - have also inspected each of these closely.

So you are saying that dozens of data points below are due to "doctoring"? And that these "doctored" fossils were part of a plan to make them line up nicely on this graph, by age - a plan to fool people, done by hundreds of experts, who want to find errors in each other's work, who have different religions, different politics, and different demographics, across many countries, across many years?

That's your best explanation? And after telling people you believe that, if you follow that up with telling them the gospel, what do you think they'll think of our good news?

Here's the data again:

Then those two (D & F) were selected and posed for a reason.

Blue Evolution

Subliminal messaging, one of the scientific choices for propagating evolution.

You didn't even look at your own link, did you?

Sounds plausible.

Can you think of another reason that bluing was put in there?

First, you didn't explain what the plaster would have to do with the comic book you linked to.

Secondly - when comparing the use of plaster to support delicate fossils (as is common practice across archaeology and paleontology), and secret messages, I find standard use of plaster a lot more credible than secret messages.

I can't believe I had to write that as part of an actual conversation. What's next - magic underwear?

Did you read what the story was about?
It provides a fantasy story about an eternal struggle between the powers of the darkness and the light.
Darkness and light? ring a bell?

Which plaster just happens to be blue ... right?

And are you saying those bobble ... er ... fossil heads are doctored?

LOL

Another subliminal dig?

You got a better explanation then?

If so, I'm all eyes.

Yes.
Your link was to a comic, a story, which has absolutely no bearing on the blue putty/mold used in the two skulls you mentioned.

Then how do you explain your post 84?

I think you are being silly. After all, of the few colors available, it's not that odd that at least one skull used blue plaster. If it were some other color, such as purple, you could find something too.... like, say, this artwork showing the battle between darkness and light!!
Amazon.com: Purple Evolution Abstract Art print: Handmade

Did you also see that blue color used for the neanderthals and humans in the graph? Oh no! Blue!!

Meanwhile - the data clearly show that we are evolved from earlier apes.
