Is diseases our punishment from the original sin?

Foxes and dogs get a disease called mange from mites, which in humans is called scabies. That foxes are getting punished for the first sin? Is God controlling each mite, or He introduced mites also as punishment for the first sin? How about, oh, say, buffalo – are they good, or bad? Were black mambas also payment for the first sin? Skunks? Pigs? Ticks?

And what about other problems? Is down’s syndrome extra payment for the first sin? Heart attacks? River blindness? Is eradicating small pox against god’s wishes? How do you feel about vaccinations?

…yep blame it all on the first two mythical humans on earth…God’s wonderful grand and glorious creation…we all must suffer for the sins of others !

Why don't you go look at christens being killed by Islam I am just not likeing your attitude. Yes sickness is a punishment of the frist sin. Animals cannot be punished for sin though they are not under the law as they do not know what sin is. It's just how this world functions. I believe that sickness is also a side effect falling demintionaly.

Jesus was asked a similar question in John 9: 1-7 which really applies to all tragedies. Jesus specifically says it was not sin that caused the blind man (really any person born blind) to be born blind. Jesus does not blame Adam& Eve, satan, God, sin, bad luck or any of that.

I got another idea! Faith. The entire bible is an entire guide to how to live with God and live long and prosper. God wants us to live a happy life without sin we just go and screw it all up, with alittle help. What do we need to be healed? What can move a mountain? What can make anything possible through God? Faith. If we had perfect faith in God i doubt any of us would be sick. Adam and Eve never faced that problem like today they walked with God and likely had seen him use his power which makes it hard not to have faith when you can see and belive. God's power was like a smartphone in our times ( if we know little of computers), I mean how it is unatral yet does so much it was very tangible.

I meant the healing was by lack of faith Jesus spoke about the way to heal being through the church, so if the people in the church packed faith you may not be healed. I have yet another idea to, when we look at history all satan curuupted all flesh. Which to me means genetic modification, we are it running rapid today in the UK it was anounced that 150 human animal hybrids were created. Just like in the days of Noah, and as we look at history we see that when we go aginst our holy father what happens really bad things. So likely satan who tainted flesh led to many health problems never before seen. Our bodies today are changing on a micro filiment level by exposure to all the chemicals. The very elastics of our cells are changing and now we are replacing body parts putting dead babies into ourselfs like no God's business. In addition we have labs detticated to building bio grade wepons. So what's to say that many of these sicknesses are not from the old days of genetic modification. For God sakes you can hear all about canser diabetes and elshimers on the news as a problem 100 years ago that was like a 1/100 now we look forward to it. If satan can't talk you into hell the easy way the secound best thing is to creat a problem like gun violence from a few people under very sketchy cercumstabses to use it to make guns bad. Look at Ted Bundy you have a few constitutional God fearing rednecks who had there land stolten through a curuupt goverment put through harassment and refuse to pay grazing fees for land that was their's in the frist place. Problem created then they back them into a corner and I stead of trying to coach them out humanly it turns into a gun fest by calling in swat. The solution will be to take them in custody and that any God fearing constuional conservative is bad and needs to renounce their values.

Not the way I see it. We could have cured all disease and death by eating the fruit from the tree of life. But in choosing to do our will in conflict with His, He was not able to trust us with that power. From that point on, we are not able to attain the world peace that we all desire most. Consider if the entire world worked constructively together instead of destructively against itself. Then we would probably have done that already, cured many of those diseases, have filled the earth and subdued it, controlled environmental catastrophe and starvation. But there is something stopping us from achieving that. Do you know what it is?

We all got defects on our bodies, and when Jesus is not around healing, we can either complain or have the peace from God.

Disease is the product of how other 'life' on this planet live and feed and reproduce. In the Matrix 'Agent Smith' compares all of Humanity (in it's living, feeding and reproduction) to a virus, and rightly so. Because we move to a new area, consume all of the natural resources and leave death and destruction in our wake.

While we/man was in the garden we lived (much like Job did) under God's protection. He kept all the 'other life' from making our life hard. after the fall we were cast out from God's protection to live in the realm where we must 'consume other life and resources' to live. Just like the rest of the planet.
