Based on what I've been able to research re: polling data, creationism is declining in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
There was some furor a couple years ago about creationism being on the rise in Europe, but I can't find any actual polling or trend information.

Yes. I recall an SA article on that. I found a link. It mentions that polling has been done, but doesn't provide any specifics. I've also read that creationist thinking is most prevalent in eastern Europe, especially among immigrant communities from the middle east. But I don't know of any numerical data.

Since creationist believers tend to be older and old people tend to die before young people, natural attrition reduces the overall proportion of creationist believers over time.

You did not address (see) the question (so I have to feed you to understand the question). According to what you said, if the percentage of old population increase, then whatever positively correlated to the old population should also increase. If so, why does it decrease?
Creationism is on the rise where I work because I have explained how ridiculous evolution is regardless if you are Christ or not .....brothers I ain't smart but there's no way a fish can change into a bat hahahaha

I'm not sure you understand how demographics works here. Old-age isn't creating creationists.
Rather, people who are younger and more educated are less likely to adopt creationist beliefs. Hence, it is is the older generations that have the greater percentage of creationists. And since old people typically die sooner than young people, as the population ages, more creationists are dying off leading to fewer creationists in the population over time.
