If we are honest, we all have voices in our head.If there were any I would.
I know my personal head voice. And there is only me.If we are honest, we all have voices in our head.
Psychology has identified both positive and negative "self-talk".
Kind of sick, but I like this Lily Tomlin quote:
"Why is it that when we talk to God we're said to be praying but when God talks to us we're schizophrenic?"
Very few Christians imagine that they have heard the voice of God personally speaking to them, however. If we are honest, we all have voices in our head.

See. You don't know what to call it either.A prayer language?
I really don't think it matters what term is used so long as it is not mislabelled as one of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit that the Bible identifies for us.
Do you deny that God, or Jesus speaks to us?I know my personal head voice. And there is only me.
Only in scripture.Do you deny that God, or Jesus speaks to us?
(if it is only you in there, we can't verify that you are saved)
John 10:27
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
Very few Christians imagine that they have heard the voice of God personally speaking to them, however.
What about my eye-witness account? Are you just brushing it aside too?Well, misunderstandings sometimes happen with discussion board posts, but I re-read the relevant posts and could not find any hint of what you think he implied. But that's done now and you gave your explanation, so there is no need to talk further about it.
See. You don't know what to call it either.
You described your experience as praying for someone else's healing. I don't call that some sort of "healing ministry," just something we all ought to do. And bless you for doing it yourself. What do you call healing ministry when you don't have the "gift"?
No ministry of the Holy Spirit in your life? No Holy Spirit to teach and remind?Only in scripture.
I have more Holy Spirit in my life than I ever did as a Charismatic. No ministry of the Holy Spirit in your life? No Holy Spirit to teach and remind?
John 14:26
But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.
I'm not sure why you are angry with me. I'm trying to answer your questions.?? I called it a prayer language.
If you want a definitive answer rather than a suggestion, "Call it a Prayer Language, Saint Steven!"

God is not mute, sometimes he has things to say to people and he does, either be just an understanding of something, a revelation of some kind about something, a warning, etc etc. he makes himself understand.
How does that equate to never hearing God's voice?I have more Holy Spirit in my life than I ever did as a Charismatic.
I am not angry with you; but I gave you an answer, one that other people use, and your reply was that I don't know what to call it. Huh?I'm not sure why you are angry with me. I'm trying to answer your questions.
I hear God's voice in scripture. I cast down imaginations and bring every thought captive to Christ. How does that equate to never hearing God's voice?
It is a rare occurrence for me to hear the LOUD voice. The still small voice is nearly constant. Especially bringing scripture to memory.Very few Christians imagine that they have heard the voice of God personally speaking to them, however.
All thought is voice. Not convinced? Take the most abstract, obscure theological sentence you can find. Now sing those words mentally to your favorite tune. See what I mean?I know my personal head voice. And there is only me.
If we understand sheep to be an analogy in that verse, not actual sheep in the field, it should follow that "listen to my voice" is an analogy also.John 10:27
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
