Is anarchy compatible with Christisanity?

Its a legitimate view that democracy is no-more than political anarchy by the masses. The masses own little morality, other than their own bellies. The masses pay lip service to religion, and demand their daily diet of TV, porn and media propaganda. Women demand an unrestricted right to fornicate before marriage, and get divorced after marriage. And to indulge in perversions of the flesh, and have abortions etc.

The constitution, of course, does not protect. It is only as good as its interpreter, and if that is a liberal judge, it will not protect, no matter what it says.

In the past 50 years, the masses have begun to exert their pagan roots in a big way, by abolishing most laws related to morality, allowing pornographers free reign, promoting feminism, the right to commit adultery, and the right to fornicate, and persecuting many men by way of alimony when their only desire was to bring up their children in a family.

But if democracy is little more that political and moral anarchy by the unregenerate, then why can't Christians be political anarchists too? Are Christians just supposed to let these horrible atheists (many of whom, perversely, call themselves Christians) walk all over them?

Anarchy is compatible with Christianity. In the perfect world that Christianity works toward, there would be no need for laws and there could be anarchy. However, overthrowing the government should probably not be a Christian's primary activity because there are more pressing matters to which we are called to attend.

I'd say it is compatable in a perfect world, but not in this one.:) Because not all of our society is 1 chrisitan or 2 moral (NOT saying you have to be a christian to be moral notice the "or" not being an "and"). Thus laws must be instuted to show boundires for society and those that don't fit into 1 or 2.

First off, anarchy is impossible no matter what. Second of all, Christianity recognizes that ruling auhtorites are needed, such as the Judges of Israel.

Anarchy is possible. The limits have not yet been explored.

Further, the laws are corrupt. They do not reflect the Levitical law. They give licence to the adulter and oppress the innocent. They are a means of persecution of the righteous by the unrighteous.
