And a good day to you all! Hy, i'm Kami no HikaRi (yeah, it's supposed to be R not E, i typed my own nic in wrongly *shameonme*) but i'm soooo glad, that i've finaly found a forum for christian teens, and i'm positivly surprised, to see anime-fans among them too, as for me, me WUV Inuyasha

I live in austria and here they show in on two different channels each day (twice the size, double the fun!! ) and it's really cool, the only thing i'm concerned of is all that demonic stuff, and sometimes i just ain't sure, if christians are supposed to watch those kinda things?? anyways, nice to meet you all, and i hope we can have many discussions concerning these topics

hi Kami! Inuyasha's interesting to watch isn't it? i think you can parallel it with reading a fantasy book.. nothing is real anyway, plus it's entertaining and good to watch.

yup, right, it's really cool, and it's up in about an hour.
can anyone tell me, arround which episode i am? (ok, i know this sounds kinda stupid) but MTVpop showed some episodes, then had a rerun, it stopped somewhere when the gang (including sango, miroku and kouga) were fighting against naraku and somekind of white-haired demon on a leash and i don't know where exactly i am......
ok, THAT wasn't pretty helpfull, anyway, we all know Rin over here (only that here, she was dubbed Lee) and i just wanted to know, if the entire Inu-Yasha saga ends with the defeat of Naraku (i don't wanna go buy a manga right now, and the shopkeepers start looking at you in a funny way, if you constantly keep reading their books, dropping them and leave the shop) ehehehehe
well, which other animes/mangas do you like? are you guys also interested in learning japanese (like i do, well kinda! I've got some pretty usefull links, so just ask)

Okay I can't tell where you are from what you've said. Sorry!
As far as Naraku, I will tell you that they are still fighting him as of the last episode that I saw and by the looks of it the series will end when/if they defeat him (the current guess is that it will run till around 200 episodes but that is a guess from fans). The last episode I saw was 132.

Rin is weird! SPOILER! Rin came across Sesshoumaru after he'd lost his arm in the fight with InuYasha. Rin brought Sesshoumaru food or something and generally helped out, not that it was entirely necessary. Then bandits? wounded her gravely and Sesshoumaru helped her and slew the bandits/people/whatever. Now she tags along underfoot of Sesshoumaru like his adopted kid, oh yeah, her parents were killed, and not by Sesshoumaru either! So why does Sesshoumaru keep the little tag-along? Only too good theories I've heard, either Sesshoumaru is softening in his heart and beginning to appreciate/love/care for humans, slowly he's changing, even if he wont admit it. Or, she's a walking emergency kit, useful as a last ditch hostage or emergency rations if food is scarce. I rather prefer and lean towards the former notion and not the later.

Question, has anyone seen the movies for this series? I have never bumped into one, I think Susan told me there were three of them out there somewhere, are they any good? I know they aren't done by exactly the same crew that does the show so I have to wonder alittle.

Some are better than others. If you like Inuyasha they are worth watching.

Yah there's movies out there, but I'm not sure how many. I've only seen the second and third ones. The second one is about a moon godess comes back out of the mirror after Inuyasha and friend assumably defeat Naraku. Inuyasha has to stop the moon godess after she captures Kagome and takes her to a castle. Inuyasha turns into a demon and Kagome has to kiss him to turn him back. In the third movie, it focuses more on Inuyasha, Shesshomeru, and their father. Inuyasha and Shesshomeru have to join forces in order to defeat a sword that contains a demon in it.
