Speaking of inauguration, does anyone else find it disturbing that George Bush has declared a state of emergency in Washington DC, in order to pay for it?

They are using FEMA emergency funds to pay for the inauguration!

I didn't know that...I did just read about Bush declaring a state of emergency for the event. I live on the eastcoast and try not to think of the possibilites of what is planned to occurr. The great event that will show Obama's mettle scares me.
