feel like crap today.
[FONT=times new roman,new york,times,serif]just before i slept,started having intrusive thoughts, like i'm goin crazi....thoughts racing my head,i tried lying in bed pretending to sleep but it's goin even bad[/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman,new york,times,serif]i feel bad,i want to die.i cant take the thought life like this......i'm so tired of going on like this[/FONT]
[FONT=times new roman,new york,times,serif]why can my life be smooth,y so much thoughts,oppression.....i feel alone right now,in my head,i'm scared i might do something worse to myself,i don't like this[/FONT]

Yeah I relate to the reality you describe, you need to come to rest, you are cycling to fast and are becoming more and more confused, fearful and insecure. What really helped for me at that stage was anti-psychotic and mood stabilising medications.

You might have to go and visit your doctor as soon as possible. He can prescribe the right medications.

i might need some of those medications yeah....maybe antidepressant pills and stuff,sometimes it's spiritual warfare,yeah n it's intense....i wish i was entirely free,i'm so
exhausted from all of this stuff

I have been on a roller coaster with depression and suicide. The only reason I'm here is because of God. There is one thing that helps... It's a book that is actually for teens but has worked for me as well... It's called, "The bondage breaker." These thoughts these feelings are the work of the enemy. That is how Satan fights us. When you feel like giving up, read his word. It is the only thing that helps. If the thoughts don't go away.... Sing praise songs. Do this and I bet you will feel a difference.

No problem. It's a hard thing to battle and that is what our fellow believers are for. If you see my signature, I put those versus down because of my experiences and struggles. We are in a war, and we need our armor to defend ourselves against the enemy. When I feel really depressed, I close my eyes and picture myself wearing God's armor. I imagine a silver belt, breast plate, shield, sword and boots. I say this verse allowed and remember that God loves me. (Silver because it stands for redemption) Life is hard, but remember what lies ahead.

So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing 1 Thessalonians 5:11
