Greetings to all on the Forum.
My tag is oikonomia.
My God is the man the Lord Jesus Christ.
I have since 1974 always meet with local churches practicing the local ground.
Before then I met with a number of denominations and "free groups."
I am a retired computer programmer with a BS in Computer Science.
I am happily married for over 40 years and have adult married children.
Some grands kids we blessed with.
I am African American by ethnicity and practice the "one new man" of the New Testament.
My Christian life has been much influenced by the Triune God and the Body of Christ.
My sanctified hobby has long been composing original songs for Scripture.
The main mentors who have helped my spiritual growth have been brothers Witness Lee & Watchman Nee. The Lord be with your spirit. Amen.

I am a kind of veteran of a few Discussion Forums.
I tred to use the same TAG as the last one but it appears to have been already taken.
Either that or I made a technical glitch. I never used this one before OIKONOMIA.
It is a transliteration of "economy" as in First Timothy 1:4 -

" . . . God's dispensation [oikonomia] which is in faith."

Want to hear something funny?
I sometimes got carried away posting on debate forums to the point that my
wife couldn't get me to stop and help her.
I caved in when she said that if I didn't stop and help around the house, she would sign on and tell the posters that I didn't believe a word of what I was arguing.
