Since I was a child, I have had dreams revolving around certain points in my life. Many times, I have been able to decipher what was in these dreams that God wanted me to see or prepare me for. Usually, he was preparing me for things that were going to happen to me or situations I needed to close the door on, but I did not see this until after the even happened and then would recall the "warning" I got in my sleep.
Well, I have never really found any Biblical literary works on this topic that really helped me discern God's full meaning for the majority of my dreams. I have one book by Paul Meier and Robert Wise called "Window's of the Soul"; however, does not have a full dream dictionary. I hesitate to purchase secular books on this topic as I know my dreams come from God. So, does anyone have any suggestions here for Biblically based books or material on this subject?
I truly want to use this gift God has given me to its fullest extent - even though sometimes these prophetic dreams I receive can be disheartening or create a fear of what may come to pass in my life.
Also, maybe one of you has this "Gift" as well? I want to ensure I use it fully as God would intend!
