I am proud to report that my ancestors, (mums great gran and family) came from the proud hamlet of Cullybackey, or 'Cullybackey heh' as i believe it is more commonly refered to! I went to uni with a girl from Ballymena (heh) Called Mclintock, and a girl from Portstewart called Cathcart. My wife is from 'The Bay' (helens bay), plenty of Norn Irn connections here! And I once sailed up the Ban at 3am!

Who saw Michael Howard being made fun of on Question Time?

Ta dude! I've got that map on my puter (because I can't find a map for the town anywhere in Ballymena - go figure!), I still don't see how you got the sea level from it. I wanted to know because...I'm curious!>? I just moved here from Australia and erm..I'm interested to know how the summits compare and stuff...*babble*

Answer to the last question:
AFL - yup. Being from Australia  Watched a bit on TV today actually - it was good to see the Brisbane Lions again - just 'cause they're familiar. I'm not a fan though. The guys back home are fanatical about the national sport, so I tease them by illuminating its weaker points (i.e short shorts and skimpy tops and disarray) I'm more of a NRL kinda girl - I like formation lines.

(haven't been to Portrush since I was holidaying here years ago - Barry's still falling apart? :D)

Can you describe the colour 'puce'...? (take a stab and amuse me) :)
