Do you ever think about the fact that many people on this planet don't have clean water to drink and you stop yourself from letting too much good, clean water go down the drain without being used?

I do! And I often feel guilty when I find myself wasting water.

Not always, depending on work at the time.

How many can you cook for at a dinner party?

I don't throw dinner parties so I don't know. But I imagine I'd do just fine for any reasonable number of people.

Are you looking forward to cooler Fall weather?

Yes! Fall is my favorite season!

Do you exercise regularly? What do you do?

 

[Zoooma]

I try to regularly, though sometimes I get lazy and skip 2 or 3 days. Running is my only form of exercise (but I hike, too, and that's not bad exercise if the hike is 2 or 3 hours or more.)

How much Christian music do you listen to compared to secular music?

In reality about 25% compared to secular.

When listening to music generally, do you sing along?

Yes, almost everytime, even if I have an awful voice!

Do you sometimes contradict someone, not because you really want to have a conversation, but because you like annoying that person?

No, I don't think I want to purposefully annoy anyone. Generally I like to debate and also if someone says something that's wrong, the inner teacher in me wants to correct them and set them straight out of love for their own personal knowledge. We have a better world when we're collectively smarter!

Do you open your Bible and read at least a little bit each and every day?

Sincerely? Not every day.

Do you sometimes wish having another life?

Oh boy. I could go long story but I'll be brief.

Yes. I don't scare easily, but I was scared then.

Oh yes! Most recently, Toy Story 3. I cried like a baby.

Do you have a drawer or cabinet that you use to stuff junk in?

I don't now but I used to. I try not to store things I don't need, especially stuff I really really don't need.

Have you ever had to evacuate from somewhere due to a hurricane or earthquake or tornado?

I've spent many a minute in the basement during tornado warnings! A twister came right over the house once, but didn't touch down, thank God!

Have you ever unknowingly worn your shirt inside out?

I can't recall if I've worn my shirt inside out anywhere . . . but I have put on a shirt inside out a few times but always noticed it before I left the house.

Is staying fashionable (following all the current fashion trends) important to you?

Have you ever taken the trash out in your pajamas?

I've lived without electricity for weeks before . . . but I was backpacking in the wilderness. I'm gonna guess you mean 7 days no electricity at home. Yeah? I'd read sitting in a chair close to a window or glass door. I actually have 3 mp3 players and they're fully charged and loaded up with music and sermons so I would expect to listen to them quite a lot. (I also have a solar charger so I can charge them up, which can also charge up a cell phone.) I'd spend hours going for a bike ride as well as for a short hike. Showers can be taken with candlelight in the bathroom. I'd have no coffee or tea unless I wanted to heat up water on my camping stove or you can heat it up on a gas grill. I'd probably mostly eat granola bars and bananas and apples and anything that just doesn't need to be cooked. And I'd go to bed when it gets dark. It's an interesting topic!!
