CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't think so. It's not in the budget. I wish we could see the Nativity, or at least I wish I could see it. Guess I'll have to wait until it comes to DVD.

I'm from Brazil it's a bit different here in america. But I have so many good memories of all us kids waiting so anxiously on christmas eve till it was midnight so we could have this awesome dinner and then open all our presents. It was sooo cool.

I think the most difficult thing for me is when things go wrong and I try to "fix" things on my own when it's not my place to do it. He has the power He is in control.. and that's REALLY hard for me sometimes to let go and wait for His will. You know what I mean?
