Oh gosh....my kids are a crack up. But, my littlest, who's 8 now says after coughing...."um, heh heh.... hair ball." I can just picture her little face with the gilint in her eye. And practically fall out of my chair laughing. My 11 year old daughter said once "I don't think so, pummel boy" to my husband very sarcastically. He has this thing that he says when the kids are teasing him "Pummel, pummel, pummel".
Oh now I can't stop laughing. That's one thing we have in our house...laughter.
About Amazing Grace, I was brought up in church. And Amazing Grace is an old song that is still sung. So, I can remember singing it with my grandparents as a little one as much as singing it in the choir as an adult. Did you know that it was written by a woman who was blind? It's a cool song. It really expresses the humility that one feels about God well. It's not like some Christian songs that make you feel like it's a little too over the top to feel real.
Okay...yackity yack. I'm talking a lot. Sorry.
Have you had any Christmas carolers come to your door yet this season?
