I don't drink regular soda. And only diet soda without caffeine on rare occasions.
I don't use salt in cooking or at the table. (because my father had high blood pressure)
I have to have fresh vegetables every day. If I don't...I get sick.

And this isn't really a dietary restriction, but I don't eat a lot of beef. Not because it's unhealthy but because it grosses me out. And I can't eat anything that is overcooked, going bad or was prepared in an unclean environment or by someone who's hygene looks questionable.
