No. It was always an aspiration of mine to be a published author. There's really no other ocupation that I hold in such high regard. But, I have to face facts. I'm just not good at it.

Nada, zippo, zilch on the talent .....though I do make mean hot chicken wings People who have musical talents or artistic talents just blow me away. I have friends that are so gifted in those ways. I guess my talents are more relational than anything else

Not to listen to anyone who tells you, you can't do something, you're not good enough, not smart enough, etc. They don't have your best interest at heart. Tune 'em out!

When I was 6 and I helped my grandmother cook the turkey. (I probably didn't actually help. But, she made me feel like I wasn't a baby anymore, by including me. )
