Do any of you know of any churches that are looking for yearlong interns? I've checked out youth specialities, but I also wanted to find out if anyone here knows of any. I graduated in May with a degree in youth ministry and I've been sending out resume's and emailing people, but I haven't really found any churches that are willing to help someone grow in experience. I was involved with several youth groups in college but nothing fulltime. I really have a heart to learn and grow.

Congrats on your upcoming graduation. 
It depends on what faith/denomination you are because some only train/hire within their faith. You might do a web search within your denomination for your area/state for youth minister openings.
