For the Christians who read this, I have a loving reminder about integrity.
It is VITAl to your Spiritual health to maintain the highest level of integrity.

Without arguing semantics, integrity simply mean that you are a Christian 24/7, no matter where you are or who you are with, or what you are doing.

It is vital that you affix a permanent image in your mind of the Jesus who suffered and died for you, and that you have this image ever before you, and that you fully realize this same Jesus is inside you and present with you.

Never do anything, you would not do if He was sitting or standing next to you, because, remember, He is!

Integrity is the foundation of all that is high in character among mankind, other qualities may add to its splendor, but if this fundamental requisite be wanting all their luster fades. Our integrity is never worth so much to us as when we have lost everything to keep it. Integrity without knowledge is weak; knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful. Integrity, however rough, is better than smooth dissimulation. Let a man have the reputation of being fair and upright in his dealings, and he will possess the confidence of all who know him.

Something that I learned long ago was to practice the presence of Jesus. You continually picture Him beside you every minute of your day. It does take practice, but after awhile it becomes part of your daily life. As you said Gerry He is always with us, but I think we can forget that.

One thing I noticed was how my behavior changed. I would watch a movie and picture Jesus beside me, would He approve of this? Would He really want me to watch something like this? A co-worker would be gossping and I would think twice about joining in. These are just some examples.

I encourage everyone who reads this to try for the next 24 hours to practice the presence of Jesus. It can be a real eye opener. It also is very encouraging to remind yourself that He is right beside you.
