Is anyone heard of Worship Steps and have seen their instructional dance videos? Are they any good?

As to your question, sorry, but I'm not familiar with them, or with their videos. What do they teach, i.e., is there a certain style. What songs are featured on the video?

Most of the ones I'm familiar with are in the Messianic genre, e.g., Davidic Dance/Worship, which derives its name from King David and how he danced before the Lo- d, and Israeli folk dancing.
